The leadership development program that was designed and implemented by MMC has had a significant positive impact on our organization.  The custom courses that Mark and Debbie created for our senior, and up and coming management teams, provided exactly the kind of skill sets and learning experiences we were looking to give them.  The program consisted of a combination of group events and one-on-one coaching sessions that helped all of us recognize our individual strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to continue to improve as leaders in the organization.

Lean Six Sigma Student

We conducted our very first job satisfaction survey this summer under the guidance of Mark Nagy.  He was patient and understanding as he guided us through the process.    He was very thorough in collecting the information in order to develop the survey.  Most importantly, Mark was instrumental in disseminating and communicating the results to our staff.  His expertise, guidance, and knowledge was much appreciated and valued.
