The leadership development program that was designed and implemented by MMC has had a significant positive impact on our organization. The custom courses that Mark and Debbie created for our senior, and up and coming management teams, provided exactly the kind of skill sets and learning experiences we were looking to give them. The program consisted of a combination of group events and one-on-one coaching sessions that helped all of us recognize our individual strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to continue to improve as leaders in the organization.
Mark’s training and continued excellent work as an Industrial-Organizational psychologist, coupled with his keen perceptions of business needs, significantly contributed to the success of one of our key projects. He is easy to work with and his proactive approach to solving problems makes him a great partner.
Debbie has been my instructor, trainer, and mentor from Yellow Belt through Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Kaizen events. She is a dedicated consummate professional with extensive knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma. The tools and methodologies taught by Debbie have been instrumental in allowing CPAC to develop a successful, comprehensive continuous process improvement program utilizing the Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. My sincere appreciation for your patience and commitment to leading our organization through the journey of Lean.
Debbie: I would like to thank you on behalf of my colleagues. The knowledge that you shared with us is going to be extremely helpful in making our jobs better here. I just wanted to let you know that your time and effort is not going to waste. We have learned so much in so little time, that I personally would like to say I appreciate your line of work and the charisma and enthusiasm you displayed these three days in green belt class. I know that I need more time on the job to become a facilitator, but with my knowledge and skills from the military, along with your assistance, I know that I will hone and sharpen those very skills in order to better assist future employees and help them to become better professionals. We conducted our very first job satisfaction survey this summer under the guidance of Mark Nagy. He was patient and understanding as he guided us through the process. He was very thorough in collecting the information in order to develop the survey. Most importantly, Mark was instrumental in disseminating and communicating the results to our staff. His expertise, guidance, and knowledge was much appreciated and valued.
